Sn Infonet

We are located at E 6A/248 in Sangam Vihar. This neighborhood is quite densely packed, and our office is tucked away in one of the residential-commercial streets. Sn Infonet is a small setup. We have a few computers and some networking gear scattered around the room. It is not a polished corporate park or anything like that. Most of the time, the space is full of cables and spare parts waiting to be used. We help people with their internet issues or fixing their systems when they break down. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the hardware lying on the tables. We do not have a fancy reception area with a desk. You just walk in and tell us what is wrong with your machine. The power goes out sometimes, so we have a backup to keep things running while we work. We know the people in the area well because it is a local operation. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that do not want to work right. It can be frustrating, but we just keep at it until it is fixed. Usually, we stay open until late because that is when people come home from work and realize their stuff is broken. We do not have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. We have a small fan in the corner that makes a clicking sound.
