Smart Chip Ltd. is situated on the top floor of the 3rd Building in Chandi Wala Estate, Kalkaji. Getting to the office involves walking through the estate and taking the stairs or the elevator, which sometimes has a mind of its own. Once you are inside, it is a typical office setup with several rows of desks and computers. We have been in this building for a few years, and it has served us well. The space is a bit cramped because we have quite a few people working here now. We have a small area in the back with a kettle and a fridge where we take our breaks. The view from the top floor is actually quite good, looking out over the busy streets of Kalkaji. It is a quiet place to work, away from the noise of the traffic below. We do not have any expensive furniture or a high-end coffee machine. It is just a place where we come to get our work done. The team is pretty relaxed, and we do not have a lot of formal meetings. Most of the time, we just talk across the desks if we need to figure something out. We have some wires and cables running along the floor that we have to be careful not to trip over. It is a normal, everyday office where people work hard and go home at the end of the day.
