You can find us on the 2nd Floor of the Tribhuwan Complex. It’s a bit of a climb if you aren't using the lift, but we’re at No. 123. The complex is on Mathura Road in Ishwar Nagar, which is usually quite busy with traffic. We sell exactly what the name says: shoes and accessories. We’ve got a lot of bags, belts, and different types of footwear crammed into the space. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the boxes are stacked a bit too high, and we have to use a ladder to reach the top. We started this shop because we wanted a place where people could find everything in one go without walking through a whole mall. Most of our customers are people who work nearby or live in the Ishwar Nagar area. We don't do much advertising; most people just hear about us from their friends. The floor has some tiles that are a bit loose, and the air conditioning can be a bit loud when it's really hot outside. We spend our days helping people match their shoes to their bags, which can take a while. It’s a lot of manual work, unpacking deliveries and tagging items. We don't have any fancy titles here. We’re just the people who run the shop and try to keep things moving. It’s a steady job and we like the people who come up to the second floor.
