Lilybet Footworld

Lilybet Footworld operates out of 328, Aravail Apartments in the Alaknanada area. It is a bit different from most businesses because we are located inside an apartment building rather than in a big commercial mall or a busy market. This means it is a lot quieter here, and we have really gotten to know the residents who live nearby. We have turned our space into a place where we can keep all our stock and handle the daily orders as they come in. There are shoes and sandals in boxes almost everywhere you look. We spend a lot of our time sorting through the different sizes and making sure we have the right pairs ready to be sent out. It is a small operation, just a couple of us managing every part of the business ourselves. We do not have a big storefront with bright neon lights or glass windows. Most of our work is done through phone calls or people who already know we are located here in Alaknanada. The main room can get a bit crowded when a brand new shipment arrives, and we often have to move the furniture around just to fit all the new boxes. We try to keep things as tidy as possible, but it is hard when you are dealing with so much inventory in a residential space. We really like the neighborhood though. It is peaceful and has plenty of green trees around. We just enjoy the work we do here.
