Regal Shoes

Our shop, Regal Shoes, is situated at F77 inside Select City Walk. We are located right behind the Sheraton Hotel in the A3 District Centre of Saket. Being in a large mall like this means our days are usually quite full. We have been here for a while, and we’ve seen how the mall changes through the seasons. It’s a very different environment compared to a street-side shop, but we try to keep our own way of doing things. It’s mostly just us on the floor, helping people find the right fit and making sure the displays don't get too messy. The back room is always a bit of a puzzle, trying to fit all the different sizes and boxes into the shelving we have. We don't have any big corporate mission statements or fancy slogans. We just sell shoes. Sometimes we have to deal with the mall management or the rules of the building, but mostly we just focus on the people who walk through our door. On the weekends, it gets incredibly busy, and we’re on our feet from morning until night. It can be exhausting, but it’s nice to see the shop full of life. We’ve become friends with some of the workers from the other stores nearby, which makes the long shifts more enjoyable. We don't do much in the way of advertising; the mall brings people in, and we just do our job once they're here.
