Step Strong

If you come down to Okhla Phase 1, you’ll find us tucked away at D-9/6 in Pocket D. Step Strong has been in this spot for a good bit now. It’s a busy part of town, always trucks coming and going, and the roads can get pretty crowded around lunch time. We don't mind it much though. Inside, it’s mostly just us focused on the day's work. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. We figure the work should speak for itself. Most days are pretty much the same. We come in, check what needs doing, and get started. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it. That’s life in the industrial area. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the things we make are solid. It gets hot in the summer, so we keep the fans running. It’s a bit noisy with the work going on, but you get used to it. Step Strong is just a place where people work hard. We don’t have fancy slogans. We just want to get through the day knowing we did things right. It’s honest work here in Okhla. No one is putting on an act.
