I've been here at 49-A in Adil Nagar for a while now. Lucknow is home, specifically this spot on Kurse Road. People usually just drop by when they need something done. It’s a small operation. I handle most things myself. The shop isn't fancy or anything like that. Just some chairs and the equipment I need to work. Most of the neighbors know me by name. I grew up around here so I know how things work in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Some days it’s quiet, other days there’s a lot to keep up with. I don't really do big advertisements. Most people find out about me because someone else told them. It’s easier that way. You get to know your customers properly. I keep things simple. No complicated forms or long waits if I can help it. If I'm busy, I'll just say so. I think being straight with people matters more than looking professional. My desk is usually a bit messy with papers, but I know where everything is. It's just Shadab Ali here, working out of this small space. I like the routine of opening up every morning and seeing the familiar faces on Kurse Road. Adil Nagar has changed a lot over the years, but I've stayed right here. If you're passing by, you’ll see the sign. It’s nothing special, just a place to get work done and move on with the day. I try to keep it honest and straightforward.
