Our place is at B-200 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. It is right in the heart of the industrial belt where everything is about manufacturing and heavy equipment. At Sarvasv Machinery & Equipments, our daily life revolves around the machines we have in the unit. The space at B-200 is mostly taken up by heavy parts, tools, and the machinery we are working on. It is not a quiet place at all. Between the noise from the street and the sounds of work inside, you have to speak up to be heard. We have been here for quite some time, so we are used to the rhythm of Okhla. The floor is concrete and often has marks from moving heavy gear around. We do not bother with decorations or nice furniture. A few chairs and a table for tea and paperwork are enough for us. Most of the time, we are on our feet, checking specifications or loading equipment. The power can be a bit unreliable during the peak of summer, but we just manage with what we have. It is a straightforward job. We arrive in the morning, open the heavy doors, and start the day's work. It is a lot of grease, metal, and hard work, but that is what we do. No one here is trying to impress anyone with a corporate look; we just want to finish the jobs correctly before the day ends.
