You can find Resource Chip Consulting Pvt. Ltd. over in South Extension Part-2, near Masjid Moth. It’s a well-known part of New Delhi-49 and it’s a good place for us to be located. Our office is where we do all the consulting work. We mostly deal with resources, which is just another way of saying we help find people for companies. We don't have a big polished lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us working at our desks, surrounded by files and computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone, as you might expect. Finding the right person for a specific role is like putting a puzzle together. Sometimes the pieces don't fit and you have to start over. We try to be realistic about what we can do. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the requirements and try to find a match. The neighborhood here is busy and there is always something going on outside, but we stay focused on our lists and our interviews. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the area well. It’s a lot of repetitive work—screening, calling, and scheduling—but it feels good when a placement finally works out. We just keep things simple and honest. We are just a group of consultants trying to do our job well right here in South Extension. It takes patience and a lot of persistence.
