Ramtech International

We are based out of E-27 in Budh Vihar, which is part of the Dharamveer Market area in Badarpur. It’s a crowded place, but that’s just how it is around here. There is always something going on in the market, with vendors and people everywhere. Our shop is right in the thick of it. We deal with all sorts of technical equipment and spare parts. Most of the time, the front is cluttered with boxes that just arrived or are waiting to be picked up. It isn't a showroom by any means. We focus on the practical side of things. If something needs fixing or if someone needs a specific part, we try to find it in our stock. The space is a bit tight, but we’ve organized it so we know where the tools are. It gets hot in the summer months, but we have a couple of fans going to keep us sane. We've known many of the other shop owners in Dharamveer Market for years. It’s a community. We aren't interested in making things look polished; we just want the work to be done correctly. People come to us from all over Badarpur because they know we’ve been here a long time. Every day is different, depending on what breaks or what needs ordering. It’s just how we run things at Ramtech. We usually stay late if there's a big delivery to sort through. It's a busy life.
