Rajit Milk Ltd.

Our place is located at A-8 in the Dda Sheds over in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. Being in a dairy business like Rajit Milk Ltd. means our days start long before most people are even awake. The Okhla area is always moving, and by five in the morning, the sound of crates and trucks is already everywhere. These DDA sheds are not the most modern buildings, but they serve the purpose for what we do. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure the floors are washed down because dealing with milk is a messy job. The space can feel a bit cramped when the delivery vehicles are all trying to load up at the same time in the alleyway. It gets quite hectic and there is usually some shouting involved to get the trucks parked right. We have a small staff and most of them have been with us for years, so we all know the routine by heart now. The office is just a tiny room with a couple of chairs and a lot of logbooks stacked on the shelves. We don't have fancy signs or anything; the address is painted on the wall near the door. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from before dawn until the late afternoon. We just try to keep the machinery running and get the milk out on time every single day.
