You can find us at Quality House, which is B-10 in Greater Kailash Enclave-I. Raj Rani Export Ltd. has been operating from this building for quite a while now. It’s a busy area, lots of cars and people moving about. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few rooms filled with samples and desks piled high with documents. I spend a lot of my time on the phone or checking the latest shipments. Greater Kailash is a good location, even if parking is a nightmare sometimes. I usually take the bus to avoid the hassle. Inside the office, things can get a bit hectic during the peak season. There’s always someone looking for a specific file or asking about a delivery. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, which is probably the most used part of the office. It’s not a shiny corporate environment. It’s more of a place where people actually work and get their hands dirty with the details. We’ve grown used to the quirks of this building, like the light switch that sticks and the way the floor creaks near the entrance. It’s home for us during the day. We don’t put on airs. We just do the export work and try to stay organized. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we enjoy the rhythm of the work and seeing things through.
