Radhika Exim

We are located over at 77-A in Gautam Nagar. It’s a regular neighborhood, and our office is right in the middle of it. Radhika Exim isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees; it’s just a handful of us managing exports and imports from this small spot. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the filing cabinets are getting pretty full, but we know where everything is. Our day usually starts with checking emails and seeing what happened overnight with shipments. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this kind of work, more than you’d think. Sometimes we are on the phone for hours trying to track down a package or clear something through customs. It can be stressful when things get delayed, but we’ve learned to stay patient. We don’t have a big polished showroom. Instead, we have samples tucked away in corners and stacks of documents on every flat surface. We like being in Gautam Nagar because it feels grounded. You can hear the sounds of the street outside, people selling vegetables or kids playing after school. It keeps things from feeling too much like a boring office. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we’ve built up some good relationships with the people we trade with. We don’t make big promises, we just try to get the goods from point A to point B as smoothly as we can manage for everyone.
