Power Integration Pvt Ltd is down in Okhla Phase 3, right on the Main Road at number 45. It’s a prime spot, but the noise from the traffic is constant and can get a bit distracting. Our building is a solid, functional space that serves as both our office and a small warehouse for the components we use. We work on power systems, so you will see a lot of heavy-duty equipment and thick cables lying around. The floor is painted grey, but it’s starting to peel in the areas where we move the heavy pallets. I spend a lot of my time on the phone with suppliers or checking on the progress of different builds. It is a busy environment, and there is always something that needs to be fixed or adjusted. We aren't big on decorations; the walls mostly have calendars and safety charts on them. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for years and a few newer faces. We usually eat lunch together in the small breakroom, though it’s a bit cramped. We don’t have a dedicated PR team to write nice things about us. We just focus on putting the systems together and making sure they get to the customers on time. It is hard work and the days are long, but we’ve managed to stay at number 45 for quite some time now.
