Perfect Electro Connectors

Perfect Electro Connectors is located at A-11 Okhla Industrial Estate Phase Ii, inside the Flatted Factory Complex. Being in a flatted factory means we share the building with a lot of other businesses, so there’s always people coming and going in the elevators and hallways. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. Our space is dedicated to connectors and electrical parts, which are often quite small and need a lot of attention. We have rows of bins and small workbenches where the assembly and checking happen. Okhla is a very busy part of Delhi, and the traffic outside on the main roads is almost always at a standstill. Inside our unit, things are a bit more controlled, though it can still get noisy when the neighbors are running their heavy equipment. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just charts, calendars, and shelves full of parts. The lighting is bright so we can see what we are doing with the small components. We spend a lot of time sitting at the benches, making sure everything is put together correctly. It’s repetitive work, but it’s what we know how to do. We usually have lunch together in the small break area. We’ve been in this Okhla complex for a long time, and we’ve gotten used to the busy, cramped nature of the flatted factory life.
