We are located at D 156 in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I. Pama India Pvt Ltd is the name on the gate. Okhla is a busy area, always something moving or a truck blocking the way. We’ve been here in this industrial patch for a long time. Our work involves a lot of technical stuff and machines. It’s a bit different from a shop on the corner. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of the equipment and people checking measurements. We have a team that has been with us for years. They know the machines inside out. We don’t go for the polished look because this is a working factory. There’s grease and metal shavings around. It’s just the nature of the business. We focus on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes that means staying late or working through lunch. We don’t talk much about goals or visions. We just look at what needs to be made today and get started. The building is old but it works for us. Getting materials in and out through Phase I can be a headache with the traffic, but we manage. We’ve stayed in Okhla because it’s where everything happens in this line of work. People know us as a place where you get the job done without too much fuss. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to the pace of the industrial estate.
