We’ve been at the C-60 basement spot on Shivalik Road in Malviya Nagar for a while now. It’s not a fancy office, just a workspace where we handle the export and import side of things. Palkit Impex Pvt Ltd is the name on the door. Most days we are busy sorting through papers and coordinating stuff. It gets a bit crowded in here sometimes because of all the files and the way the basement layout is. People usually find us easily enough since we're right on Shivalik Road. We don't have a big front window or anything like that. It’s a small team, maybe just a few of us making sure everything moves from one place to another. You’ll mostly see us drinking tea and checking the computer screens. The neighborhood is busy, so there’s always noise from the street coming down, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the internet acts up because we're downstairs, but we manage. If you’re looking for us, just head down the stairs at C-60. We don't do much fancy talking here. It’s just work. We keep track of the shipments and make sure the logistics are moving along. Some people find the basement location a bit hidden, but it works for what we do. We've stayed in Malviya Nagar because it's central and close to where we need to be. It’s just a regular daily routine for us.
