Pal Meat Shop

You can find us at Shop No 1 in the CSCDDA Market, Pocket 8, which is part of Kalkaji Extension. It is a small corner shop and we have been here for quite a while now. The market is a local place where everyone goes for their basic needs. We get our stock in early in the morning, usually before the sun is even up. Most of our work is done behind the counter with the knives and scales. It is not a job for everyone, but we have been doing it for years. We spend a lot of time cleaning up throughout the day to keep everything in order. It is a straightforward business without any hidden extras. We don't make big claims about being the best or anything. We just do the work, talk to the customers about the weather or the local news, and then close up when the sun goes down. It is a steady life in a busy neighborhood.
