You can find us over at 150, Jullena complex, right on Okhla Road. It is a tight space sometimes because we have so many files and samples lying around. The building itself has been there for years and everyone in the area knows where Jullena complex is. We started Glacier Impex Pvt. Ltd. because we wanted to have our own thing going. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork every single day. The windows look out onto the road, so we see all the commuters going by while we sit at our desks. It’s not always quiet. Sometimes the intercom doesn't work right and we have to shout across the room. We don't mind it though. It makes the day go by faster. We usually have lunch together in the small back room. It’s mostly home-cooked food that people bring in. We talk about the weather or how the traffic was on the way in. There isn't any fancy corporate talk here. We just try to stay organized and make sure our clients get what they asked for. If a shipment is late, we're on the phone trying to track it down. That’s the reality of it. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It’s just a few of us trying to make a living and keep the business running smooth from this office on Okhla Road. We’ve been here long enough that the local chai wallah knows exactly how we like our tea.
