Pearl Foods

Pearl Foods is situated in Okhla Phase-1, specifically at D-47. Being in an industrial area like Okhla means there’s always a lot of heavy vehicles and the sound of machinery nearby. Our facility is where we handle the processing and packaging of different food items. It’s a practical space designed for utility, so it has high ceilings and concrete floors that are easy to wash down. There’s a constant rhythm to the place, from the sound of the sealing machines to the workers moving crates onto the delivery trucks. We spend a lot of time making sure the temperature is right and the batches are uniform. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The air usually smells like whatever we’re packing that day, which can be quite strong sometimes. Most of the staff has been with us for a while, and we all know our roles in the production line. We have a small office corner where we keep the logs and handle the local deliveries. Lunch breaks are often spent sitting outside when the weather allows, away from the noise of the machines. We focus on getting the food products out to the shops and distributors as efficiently as we can. It’s just a day-to-day operation where we keep an eye on the quality and make sure the machines are running smoothly so we don't fall behind on the schedule while we're working in the heat.
