Nu Wave Bcp Pvt Ltd is situated at B-117 on the top floor in Greater Kailash. Being in GK is nice, though the traffic can be really frustrating during the evening rush. Since we are on the top floor, we have a bit of a view, though it is mostly just the roofs of other buildings and some trees. The lift in our building is a bit temperamental, so we often end up taking the stairs. It is a good way to stay awake after lunch. Our office is not very big. We have a couple of rooms filled with files and some old computers that still work well enough for us. We started Nu Wave Bcp Pvt Ltd because we wanted a place where we could work without all the corporate nonsense you find in bigger places. There are no fancy titles here. Everyone just does whatever needs doing at the moment. We drink a lot of coffee and there is usually some music playing quietly in the background. In the summer, the roof gets incredibly hot, so we have to keep the air conditioner running all day just to stay comfortable. We do not spend a lot of time on decorations or making the place look perfect. We would rather just focus on the work itself. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we are more like a family than a bunch of colleagues. It is just a regular office doing regular work.
