Nouvel Maintenance

Our small office is tucked away at 276-C in Masjid Moth, right in the Ndse-2 area. It's a bit of a tight squeeze with all the gear we have to keep on hand, but it works for us. We handle a lot of the maintenance stuff for the buildings nearby. Most of the time, the guys are out on calls fixing leaks or sorting out electrical issues that crop up. It gets pretty hectic around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their schedules straight before heading out. I usually stay back to answer the phone and keep track of who is where. The neighborhood is always busy, so parking the vans can be a real headache sometimes. We've been in this part of town for a good bit now, so we know the local quirks of the older plumbing and wiring. It’s not glamorous work by any stretch. We just show up and try to get things working again so people can go about their day. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because the parts are hard to find, but that's just how it goes. If you’re walking past the masjid, you’re basically right there. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people telling their neighbors about us when they need something fixed up. We keep a few spare tools under the desk and a kettle for tea in the afternoon.
