Mex Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. is based out of East of Kailash, specifically at 9 LGF in Sant Nagar. We’ve been in this basement level office for a while, and it serves us well for organizing all the events and shows we put together. It gets pretty cramped when we have a big exhibition coming up because there are papers and floor plans everywhere. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and people on the phone trying to coordinate with vendors and exhibitors. Sant Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and parking can be a real headache sometimes, but we like being centrally located. We spend a lot of our time planning out how booths should look and making sure the venues are booked correctly. It’s a lot of logistical work that most people don't see. We aren't a huge corporate office with hundreds of layers; we just talk to each other across the room to get things settled. Sometimes it’s stressful when a deadline is close, but we’ve gotten used to that pace over the years. We don't use a lot of business jargon. We just focus on the practical side of making sure an event actually happens without too many problems. If you need to find us, we are down the stairs at the 9 LGF address.
