Our setup is at A-58 in Nizamuddin East. This is a much quieter part of town compared to the industrial zones, which we actually quite like. Our office is in a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace most of the time. We have a few desks set up and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most of our work involves being on the phone or the computer, trying to track down items or coordinate between different people. It’s a lot of searching and following up on things, hence the name Find Agencies Pvt. Ltd., I suppose. We keep a pot of tea going all day and usually have some biscuits sitting around for whoever drops by. It’s a small team, just a few of us who have worked together for years. We don’t really do formal meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. The windows look out onto a bit of greenery, which is nice when things get stressful. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do a decent job and stay on top of our daily tasks. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve gotten quite comfortable here over the years. We just take things one day at a time and see what needs doing.
