We are located in Lajpat Nagar Part-II, right in the middle of all the noise and activity. Our address is B-27. If you’ve ever walked through this part of Delhi, you know how busy the lanes get. We deal with all sorts of electronic components and gadgets. The shop floor is usually filled with boxes of parts and wires. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time testing boards or answering questions about specific parts. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we’ve seen how much electronics have changed over the years. We aren't into those polished corporate presentations. We just open up in the morning, check what orders came in, and start packing them up. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our short breaks. Sometimes customers come in with broken items, and we see if we can find the right piece to fix them. It’s a practical environment. The shelves are heavy with stock, and there is always a bit of dust because of the construction nearby. We don't have a fancy website with big promises. We just sell what people need and try to be fair about it. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to work fine for us and our regulars. The market around here is constantly changing, but we have stayed right here for quite a while now. It isn't a glamorous life, working among stacks of circuit boards, but it keeps us busy and the bills get paid.
