Moser Baer Projects is based out of Okhla Phase 3, at number 235. This part of the city is always buzzing with activity because of all the industrial units and offices. Our spot is pretty much in the middle of all that noise. We spend our days managing various solar projects from this office. It’s not the quietest place to work, with trucks constantly moving in and out of the lane, but it keeps us energized. Inside, you’ll find a lot of blueprints and equipment lists scattered around. We have a mix of people here, some who have been in the solar business for years and others who are just starting out. Lunchtime usually means heading out to the local stalls nearby for some quick food. We aren't big on fancy presentations or long meetings that don’t go anywhere. We’d rather be out at the sites seeing how the installation is actually progressing. Okhla Phase 3 is a tough place to navigate if you aren't used to it, but we’ve made it our home. The building itself is quite standard for the area, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We just focus on the task at hand, which is getting these solar setups finished on time. It takes a lot of coordination to get the materials delivered and the workers on site, but we’ve gotten a rhythm down after doing this for so long. We've been here a good while now and have no plans to move.
