Our office is located at 216, Sant Nagar, which is over in the East of Kailash area. We are up on the second floor. It’s one of those buildings where the stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you’re carrying a lot of stuff. Being in Delhi, the weather is always a topic of conversation in the office, especially when the AC struggles in July. We aren't the type of place with glass walls and modern art. It’s more about rows of computers, stacks of paper, and a lot of half-empty coffee mugs sitting around. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don't really go for the formal corporate vibe. Most days, someone is complaining about the traffic on the way in or where we should order lunch from. We do marketing and advertising, but we don't spend our time talking in buzzwords. We just try to figure out what needs to be done and then we do it. The neighborhood is fairly busy, so there is always something going on outside our windows. Sometimes it’s distracting, but it also makes the day go by faster. We like the location because it’s easy for everyone to get to. It’s a practical space for practical work. Nothing more, nothing less. We just keep at it every day and hope the traffic isn't too bad on the way home.
