You will find us at R-165 in Greater Kailash-I. It is an older part of the neighborhood, and the building has been here for a long time. We use the ground floor for most of what we do. It is a comfortable enough space, though we have had to add more shelving over the years as we got more stuff to store. The street outside can get pretty packed with cars, especially in the evenings when people are coming home. We usually have the windows closed to keep out the dust and the noise. Inside, it smells a bit like dried plants and paper because of the things we handle. We do not have a big staff, just a few people who have been around for a while. We know where every file and box is kept, even if it looks a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time. We spend most of our time answering the phone and writing down orders by hand before typing them into the computer. It is a routine that works for us. Sometimes we sit out on the small porch during our break if the weather is not too hot. People in the area know the address well. It is a solid, reliable place to be based, and we do not have plans to move anywhere else soon. We just keep doing our thing here. We have an old clock on the wall that ticks quite loudly, but it helps us keep track of the afternoon. It is a quiet existence overall.
