Our place, Machatronics Machinery & Tools India, is located in the Okhla Industrial Estate, specifically in the Phase I Dda Shed at C 20. If you know the industrial area, you know it’s a lot of sheds and warehouses. It’s a very practical environment. We spend our time surrounded by machinery and various tools. It can get pretty loud when the neighboring units are in full swing, but that’s just part of being in an industrial estate. We’ve been set up in this shed for a while, and it serves its purpose well. There’s enough space for the gear we keep, and we know exactly where every piece of equipment sits. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy reception or anything. You just walk in and see the work happening. We handle a lot of different items, and there is always something that needs sorting or moving. The Dda sheds have a specific look to them, very functional and sturdy. We like it that way because it fits what we do. People who come to visit us are usually looking for specific industrial supplies. We don't spend money on big signs or posters. The work speaks for itself, and we just try to be honest about what we can do. It’s a solid spot for a business like ours, and we’re happy to be part of the Okhla community. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks and chat with other shop owners. It’s a good routine.
