M M Tekno is located on the 8th floor of the Deeplai Building, which is at 92, Nehru Place. If you have ever been to Nehru Place, you know how chaotic it can be with all the people and the electronics being moved around on trolleys. Our office, unit 801, is a bit of a sanctuary from the noise downstairs, but it’s still pretty busy most of the time. We deal with various technical components and equipment. It’s a small space, mostly filled with computers and stacks of files. We are a small team, and we spend most of our time on the phone or responding to emails. It’s not a fancy corporate suite. We have mismatched chairs and a coffee machine that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. We’ve been in the Deeplai Building for a while now. The elevators are always slow and crowded, so we end up waiting a lot. We don't do much in the way of promotion or advertising. People usually find us because they need a specific part or some technical help that they can't get elsewhere in the crowded market. It’s a lot of coordination and checking specifications. We try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone. No one here is trying to be a big executive. We’re just regular people trying to run a business in one of the busiest parts of the city. It’s tiring but we enjoy the pulse of Nehru Place. It keeps us awake.
