Khulood Impex is over in South Extension-2, specifically at 325A in the Masjid Moth area. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know it’s a mix of narrow streets and busy markets. Our office is tucked into one of these spots, and it can be a real challenge to find parking on most days. We deal with imports and exports, which basically means we spend our time on the phone or looking at shipping manifests. It’s a small team here, and we’re often tripping over boxes of samples or stacks of paperwork that need to be filed. The neighborhood is lively, and there is always someone coming by to drop off a delivery or pick something up. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but we’ve managed to stay in business for years by just being practical and getting things done. We don't use any fancy management software; we just keep track of everything in our ledgers and make sure the cargo is moving like it should. It’s a lot of back and forth with the customs agents and the transport guys. We just try to keep our heads down and work through the daily pile of tasks. It’s a noisy, fast-paced way to spend the day, but it’s how we do things in South Extension.
