We’ve got our office on the first floor of L-113 in Lajpat Nagar Part 2. If you know Delhi, you know how packed Lajpat Nagar gets, especially around the markets. Our building is right in the middle of it all. To get to us, you have to go up a narrow set of stairs that are a bit steep and sometimes dark. Once you’re inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street, but you can still hear the hawkers and the cars honking below. We handle various deals and business stuff from here. It’s not a huge space, just a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a water cooler that always seems to be bubbling. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at papers. The walls are a plain off-white, and we haven’t really put up any pictures or anything. We’re more focused on the work at hand than making the place look like a magazine. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this city. We go out for lunch at the stalls nearby because the food is better there than anything we could bring from home. It’s just a group of us trying to make a living in a very busy part of the city. We don't have fancy titles or a big board of directors, just a small team working through the daily tasks until it's time to head home.
