K C Kapoor & Sons is our business, and you can find us at A-118 in the Okhla Industrial Area Phase-II. This is an industrial zone, so it is surrounded by a lot of other factories, warehouses, and workshops. It’s not the prettiest area, but it is where all the real work happens. Our building at A-118 is a simple, practical space where we handle industrial supplies. My family has been running this for a long time, so it’s got a bit of history to it. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a big sign. Most people who come here already know what they are looking for. The inside is mostly just storage and a couple of desks where we manage the accounts. It gets a bit noisy during the day because of the trucks driving past and the machines running nearby, but we don't mind it. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to our customers and make sure we have the stock they need. It is straightforward work. We don’t try to act like a big corporation. We are just a family business in Phase-II trying to stay on top of things. Sometimes the place gets a bit dusty, but that’s just life in an industrial area. We just keep going.
