Our place is over at B-220 in Okhla Ind. Area Phase-1. It is a really packed neighborhood and getting a truck in or out of here in the morning is a real headache. Juki India has been in this spot for a decent amount of time now. Inside, the space is mostly taken up by rows of metal shelves and a few desks tucked into the corners. It is never very quiet because there is always someone testing out a motor or taping up a box for shipping. We use every single inch of space we have. Sometimes the air conditioning has a hard time when it is really humid outside, but we manage. People come in looking for specific parts all the time. We try our best to find what they need in the back, even though things sometimes get buried under the newer stock that comes in. The staff here knows the inventory pretty well. We don't have a big marketing team or a polished showroom. Just some regular people who know how the equipment works. Lunch is usually something ordered from one of the stalls down the street. The tea man comes around twice a day and that is usually when everyone takes a break. We just keep things moving along. It is a lot of technical work but we have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It is just a normal workday for us here.
