Indian Farmer Fertilizer Cooperative Limited(IFFCO)

We are located at Iffco Sadan, which is C-1 in the District Centre at Saket Place. Most people know this area because of the malls and the cinema, but we are in the office block. IFFCO is a big name in the fertilizer world, but at the end of the day, we are just a bunch of people working in a building in South Delhi. The office is quite large, and there are many floors, so you can easily get lost if you’re new. I’ve worked here for a bit, and it’s always busy. We deal with cooperatives and making sure farmers get what they need for their crops. There’s a lot of talk about logistics and shipping dates. Since we are in Saket, lunch options are good, but most of us just bring food from home and sit at our desks. The elevators are sometimes slow, which is annoying when you’re in a hurry. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing internally; we just try to manage the supply chain without too many errors. It’s a lot of pressure because if the fertilizer doesn't reach on time, it affects the whole season. But we just take it one day at a time. The view from the upper windows is okay, mostly just looking at other buildings. It’s a standard office life with a lot of paperwork and meetings.
