Ideal System Co. Ltd.

Ideal System Co. Ltd. is based at A-26/4 in the Mohan Co-Opp. Indl. Area. It’s an older industrial estate and we have been in this particular unit for several years now. Our workspace is a mix of desks with computers and areas where we handle more physical parts. It’s not the quietest place because of the other businesses nearby, but we’ve gotten used to the background noise of the industrial area. We spend a lot of time looking at diagrams and trying to figure out how to put things together. It’s a lot of technical work, but we try to keep it simple. There are only a few of us here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing up orders. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and take short breaks. The commute to Mohan Co-Opp can be a bit of a pain during rush hour, but once we’re here, it’s just about getting through the list of tasks for the day. We don't really have any big corporate meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be discussed. It’s an honest way to work, and it keeps the business moving along year after year without any fuss.
