Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) Ltd. is over in the Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate. You can find us on the 1st Floor of A-15. This area is mostly factories and warehouses, so it is a very practical place to be. We deal with air conditioners and other appliances that people use in their homes every day. The office here is busy because there is always something going on with distribution or service. It is not a fancy retail shop where you come to browse. It is more of a hub for managing the back-end stuff that keeps the appliances running. We have a lot of files and boxes around most of the time. The stairs up to the first floor are used a lot by the staff and delivery folks. We do not really use a lot of flowery language about what we do. We just make sure the products are available and that people can get their units fixed when they need to. The industrial estate gets a bit dusty and the roads can be rough, but it is where the work happens. Most of us have been working in this sector for a long time, so we know the machines inside out. It is just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to keep things organized and make sure our customers stay cool in the summer heat. We just focus on the task at hand.
