Our place is tucked away at Hn 7852 Gali No 2, Block A on Sindhu Farm Road. It is in the Meethapur Extension area of New Delhi, which can be a little tricky to find. If you are not from around here, the small streets and galis might be a bit confusing at first. Hcl Infosystems Ltd is the name written on the door, but inside it is just a few of us working together. We mostly handle computer parts and provide technical support to people who need it. The office is small and it gets quite warm during the summer months, but we keep a couple of fans going to stay cool. This is not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or modern art. It is more like a workshop where we keep our tools and all our spare components. we get calls all day from people needing help with their office setups or home computers. We just take the calls one by one as they come in. There is no script that we follow; we just talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes we have to head out on service calls, so the office might be quiet for an hour or two during the day. Life in Delhi moves very fast, but we try to keep a steady pace here so we do not miss anything. We have had this spot for a while and the locals know where to find us.
