You can find us over at I-1676 in Chittranjan Park. It’s a pretty quiet residential area for the most part, though the market days can get a bit hectic. Our office at Hafele India doesn't look like much from the outside. It’s just a regular building where we handle all the admin and phone calls. Usually, the morning starts with someone making a big pot of tea and everyone checking their emails. We spend most of our time dealing with furniture fittings and kitchen stuff, but it's mostly behind-the-scenes work. The desks are a bit cluttered with samples and catalogs. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, so we know the neighbors and the local food spots pretty well. It’s not one of those big glass buildings you see in the business districts. It feels more like a home office that grew too big for its boots. There’s always someone coming or going, usually a delivery guy or a driver waiting by the gate. We don't really have a big sign out front, just a small one. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we manage. It’s just a bunch of us trying to keep things organized. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the orders go out and the customers get what they need without any fuss. There is always a stack of papers to get through, but we do it. It’s just how things are here in this neighborhood.
