Good Looks

Being at Y-36 means we are right in the middle of all the noise and activity of Okhla Industrial Area-2. This building has seen a lot of years. It’s not the most modern place you will find, but it’s sturdy and gives us the space we need for our work. We mostly deal with textiles and garments. If you walk in, you’ll see rows of sewing machines and piles of fabric everywhere. It can get pretty loud when everyone is working at once. The light isn't always great in the back corners, but we’ve gotten used to it. We have a small staff of people who have been with us for a decade or more. We usually eat lunch together in the small break area near the entrance. Sometimes the power goes out in the summer and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just part of life in the industrial area. We don’t have a website that’s updated or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. They just drop by Y-36 or give us a call on the landline. We handle the cutting, the stitching, and the packing ourselves. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big batch of orders. It's just us doing what we know.
