Gee Gee (Foods & Packaging) Co (P) Ltd

Over at B-188/2 in Savitri Nagar, right by Malviya Nagar, is where Gee Gee (Foods & Packaging) Co (P) Ltd is set up. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, but we just go by the work we do. We deal with food items and the packaging that goes with them. The building isn't brand new or anything, it has its quirks and the plumbing acts up sometimes, but it’s our space. You’ll usually smell something being processed or see piles of cardboard waiting to be filled. We aren't some giant factory with robots everywhere. It’s mostly us handling the stuff manually and making sure it’s packed right. We started out with just a couple of machines and we’ve added a few more over the years as we needed them. Malviya Nagar is a busy area and we’ve been part of the landscape for a good bit now. We don't have a marketing department or people to tell us how to look professional. We just wear our aprons and get to work. It’s honest labor. We make sure the food is handled properly and the boxes are sturdy. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, but we don't mind much. It’s a small family-type atmosphere here, even if we aren't all related. We just want to do the job and go home satisfied.
