Ganearts

We are down in the basement here at A-115 and 116 in Amar Colony. It is one of those spots in Lajpat Nagar-Iv where you really feel the buzz of the neighborhood even if you are below ground level. Ganearts has been in this space for a while now. The stairs coming down are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when we are moving things in and out. Most days, the morning starts with the sound of the gates opening and people upstairs starting their day. It gets a bit dusty being where we are, but you get used to it. The light isn't the best, so we have some overhead tubes that we keep on all day long. Sometimes the parking out front gets really crowded, especially on weekends when the market nearby is full. We mostly just keep to ourselves and handle the daily work that comes through the door. Amar Colony is a busy place, and being in the basement means we hear the muffled sounds of traffic and people talking on the sidewalk above us. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a couple of rooms where we get things done. We know the tea seller around the corner pretty well by now. If you are looking for A-115, you have to look for the sign near the steps. It is easy to miss if you are driving too fast down the street. We like it here though, it feels like home.
