Fun Snacks Pvt. Ltd. is located at B-134 in the DDA Sheds in Okhla Phase-II. If you walk through the sheds, you can usually tell which one is ours by the smell of frying or spices in the air. Okhla is a very busy industrial hub and Phase-II is always packed with delivery vans and workers on their lunch breaks. Our shed is pretty standard for the area, with high ceilings and rows of packing machines that keep a steady rhythm all day. It gets quite noisy when the packaging lines are running at full speed. We have a small team of people who handle the mixing and the bagging. It is not a glamorous job, but we like the pace of it. Sometimes the raw materials arrive late because of the traffic on the main road, which throws off our whole schedule for the day. We have to be careful with how we stack the boxes because space is always tight in these DDA units. There is a small chai stall just outside the main gate where everyone gathers around four o'clock. We don't spend money on fancy logos or big office furniture. Most of our budget goes into the ingredients and keeping the machines from breaking down. It is a simple business making things people like to eat, and we just keep at it.
