If you’re looking for For De International, you’ll find us on the first floor of A-83. Lajpat Nagar-I is a hectic place, but once you climb up the stairs to our office, it’s a little bit calmer. We’ve been operating from this building for years. The space is a bit tight because we have so many samples and documents scattered around. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Being in this part of town means there’s always noise coming from the street below. We get used to it after a while. Most of the staff takes the metro or rides their bikes here. We do a lot of international work, so there are always conversations happening about shipments and timing. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just wait it out or work by the windows. We don't have fancy receptionists or big leather chairs. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing away. It’s a steady pace of work. We know the other business owners in the building, and we often chat on the landing during breaks. It’s a community feel here. We focus on getting the work done without much fuss. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that.
