Federan Fabrik

Federan Fabrik is based in Padmala Towers over on Janaki Avenue in MRC Nagar. It’s a nicer part of town compared to some, but our office is still just a regular workspace. We have a few rooms in the tower where we keep everything running. There’s a nice view of the trees if you look out the window, which is a nice break from looking at the screens all day. We started out small and we’ve just stayed at a size that we can manage. We don't have a lot of fancy titles or a big board of directors. It’s just a few of us making sure the production side of things stays on track. Janaki Avenue is usually busy in the mornings with people heading to work, but it settles down later on. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we sort through the daily tasks. It’s a quiet environment for the most part. We don't really do much in the way of marketing ourselves to the world. Most of the people who work with us have been doing so for many years now. They know where we are and how we operate. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It’s a steady pace and we like it that way. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to do our job well and go home.
