Faisal Afzal runs things at R.K. Computer, which is located at E-18 on Muradi Road in Jamia Nagar, Okhla. If you know New Delhi, you know that Jamia Nagar is a very lively and crowded area. Our shop is right in the middle of all that activity. We’ve been at E-18 for a good while. The Muradi Road is always full of people, cars, and bikes, and we are right there in the mix. At R.K. Computer, we don't have a lot of fancy displays or high-end furniture. We have computers, parts, and tools everywhere. It’s a working shop, not a showroom. Most of our days are spent fixing things or helping people with their tech issues. It can get pretty loud outside with the traffic from Okhla, but we are used to it by now. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of people to handle the phones. We just answer the door and help whoever comes in. The 110025 zip code is our home base and we know it well.
