E & E Merchant Pvt. Ltd. is based at N-175 in Greater Kailash-2. It’s a well-known area in New Delhi, and we like being here. Our office is more like a converted house, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a big steel tower. We handle various merchant activities from this location. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls. The street outside is usually lined with cars, and there are trees around, which is nice in the summer. We are a small team and we've worked together for a long time. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; we just all do what needs to be done to keep the business moving. Sometimes we have meetings in the small room near the entrance, but mostly we are just at our desks. We deal with various suppliers and customers every day. It’s a lot of checking prices and making sure deliveries are on track. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We are just traders making a living. The neighborhood is quiet during the day, which helps us focus on our spreadsheets and emails. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots nearby. It’s a steady environment. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. It is a living and we have been at it for a while.
