We operate out of T 19 in Phase 2 of the Okhla Industrial Estate. It’s a big area and easy to get lost in if you don't know the numbers. Our shop focuses on packaging stuff, like boxes and wraps. We have these big machines that take up most of the floor space, so there isn't much room for walking around. I took over the place from my father a while back. He taught me how to keep the machines running and how to talk to the suppliers. We aren't a huge corporation, just a family-run business trying to stay afloat in the city. The noise can be quite a lot when everything is running at once, so we usually wear earplugs. Sometimes the supply of cardboard is late, and we have to shuffle our schedule around, which can be a headache. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors, just a small stool and a desk where we do the billing. It’s honest work and we take it day by day. Most of our customers are other businesses nearby who need their products packed up for shipping. We try to be helpful and get the sizes right. It’s a bit dusty in here sometimes, but that’s just the nature of the business. We’re just glad to have steady work and a good spot in the industrial estate.
