Cosmic Connection

We operate out of A-114, Kuan Mohalla in Tughlakabad. Our spot is right near the Esic Hospital over in the Okhla Indl Area Ph-2. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the turns, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t even think about it anymore. Cosmic Connection isn't a massive corporation with a bunch of suits. It’s just us. We handle a variety of tasks every day. Some days are slow, and other days we can barely keep up with the phone ringing. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. The neighborhood is full of small shops like ours, so there’s always something going on in the streets. We’ve made a lot of friends with the other business owners around here. It feels like a real community. We focus on the practical side of things. If something breaks, we fix it. If someone needs a specific part or service, we try our best to help them out. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress people. We just talk plain English and get to the point. Most of our work is hands-on. We spend a lot of time in the back of the shop where the real work happens. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just a sign that we’re actually doing something with our hands. We take things as they come and try to get home at a decent hour.
