Chic Fish

Over in Malviya Nagar 32, you will find Chic Fish. It is a busy little spot that usually smells like hot oil and whatever is being cooked up for the next order. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit and hang out, so it is mostly about getting the food ready and out the door. The kitchen is small and it gets really hot in there, especially when all the burners are going at once. We spend our time chopping, cleaning, and making sure everything is ready for the evening rush. Malviya Nagar 32 is a lively neighborhood, so there is always some noise coming from the street. We’ve got a couple of old chairs outside where people wait for their parcels. The walls have a few marks on them and the floor stays a bit wet from the cleaning, but that’s just how a kitchen is. It isn't a place for a fancy date, it’s just a place where we cook. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than we thought we would, and we have to tell people we're done for the day. It is just a few of us working together to keep things running. We don't use any big words to describe it. It is just a shop in the neighborhood doing its best to stay busy and feed whoever stops by. We’ve been at this spot for a long time.
